As a McDonalds worker (I'm 15 no better jobs in the area) I would like to inform you that the computerized menu is much more complex than you might think. In your case, after entering a Big Mac you have to press a button that says "Grill" and then scroll though over 50 different options in which you can modify the sandwich. It is really not as if a "Meatless" button is right there in front of you. I find your criticism of the lady quite insulting actually. She's simply trying to help you out!
