This company is not reliable. It took weeks to return emails and once the party was booked, they never showed up to the event! Never heard from them again after numerous phone calls and emails!! I dont recommend them at all!
there a brand new company of course they are not going to be reliable i mean you got to think about fuel, jobs, money, storage, and a whole bunch more after reading reviews about them they had good comments about wonderful service and i would agree. i booked them a while back and they are really good at what they do not to mention what the driver of the firetruck really does being a real firefighter he has a job and not too many companies get employees on the first year of business
