If he agrees on taking blood AFTER the fight means just that. THe fight is DONE. Why take it before and risk your performance? If he was "on steroids", it will show in the test AFTER the fight. And manny agreed to that. He simply doesnt want the test to affect him during the fight. And mayweather knows this, which is why the accusations.
