How To : Set Language in WindowsXP

YOU NEED MUISETUP.EXE AND THE SUPPORTING LANGUAGE MUI PACKS THAT WORK WITH IT TO PROPERLY AND TRULY CHANGE YOUR OS"S LANGUAGE.

ONLY WINDOWS XP SUPPORTS THIS BUT I CANNOT FUCKING FIGURE IT OUT BECAUSE WHEN I OPEN MUISETUP THE ONLY OPTION I GET TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH. I INSTALLED THE JAPANESE MUI PACK AND HAVE PRO, BUT IT STILL DOES NOT SHOW WITHIN MUI TO CHOOSE.

@alicool71 NO IT DOESNT, JUST LIKE IN YOUR VIDEO, ALL YOU GUYS ARE DOING IN SETTING YOUR COMPUTER TO DISPLAY AND TYPE IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES. YOU ARE NOT CHANGING THE ACTUAL OS OR SHOWING THAT EXACT PROCESS.

ALICOOL HAS THE PROPER MUISETUP FILES BUT DOES NOT EVEN DESCRIBE MUISETUP IN THE VIDEO OR EVEN SHOW WHERE YOU DOWNLOADED THOSE LANGUAGE FILES FROM THAT ACTUALLY WORK.

BOTH OF YOU NEED TO MAKE A NEW VIDEO BECAUSE THIS DOES NOT WORK UNLESS YOU USE MUISETUP.EXE

@alicool71 no it doesn't. You already have the language as english and soem of us don't have the language pack. You didn't do the actual thing, all you did was show us where to do it but an error still pops up.

I bought this Toshiba NB100....it is all japanese everything even in the regional anguage settings everything is japanese I dont know japanese and I dont have a person who knows nearby...if everything is in japanese how do I even select ENGLISH?????? do i have a shortcut key for changing language. i install password on my account on my computer. but hen i opened the computer it was set to arabic. i dont know how to get in. even the password is change in arabic (every letter). i am asking if there is a shortcut key for changing language like ctrl+ something or alt. thanks!

ok, bring out ur xp cd, put it in cdrom, and then go to regional settting thing again, and then go to language, there should be 2 boxes , click them up and install the language pack from the xp cd first, after it's done, u get to have the inputs

you dont need a cd you just go to control panel and choose reginal language but you can also look up how to install languages to your computer and after you are done installing you have to restart your computer not reboot

MUI Pack is another software bundle that microsoft released, not many ppl know about it, what it does is basically change all core language to the one u desired, comes with 2 CDs

yes, ur computer is very weak for GTASA, generally system quirement is aim to main stream products, so for GTA SA it says 1Ghz, ur celeron 1.7 is really only meeting something like 1.4 P4 level regardless the clock speed, also it requires a better video card, i my experience FX5700 or up can run it, but laggy, best to have modern system, and btw, onboard 6100 also very laggy on this game and that's with AMD 5000+ Black Edition at 3Ghz

i dunno how much that will help, general 1.7Ghz processor is okay for most tasks, but it is a Celeron, which makes it very slow, I think what u need to do is tell me what graphics card u have

basically, budget is where it determine what ur getting, also, what u use it for, how much power would u need, modern systems are extreme fast, but it can cost little , or alot

PC isn't like console, or cellphones, whatever thy write on the box they don't have to be responsible for, everthing in pc is custom, it isn't a product that set to work, cause everyone got different pc not like everyone got the same console, so yeah, System Requirement are general BS, unless if u meet at least everypart fo the recommended one

u don't need to reformatt to do that, but it is not worth the money to upgrade imo, because ur hardware is actually already 3 generation behind, the standard on these devices have changed, u will be paying extra for old technology, take video card, u cannot have any modern video cards at all, some card sell in ur standard which is AGP (if ur lucky) but if u don't even have agp, then ur bought to spend lots money on nothing. upgrade the whole system is necessary if u wanna game
