Well, you might be surprised to learn that I played this song clean. Fender Geddy Lee Jazz Bass w/ Fender standard gauge strings, and upgraded with Lindy Fralin pickups. The amp is an Ibanez practice amp, and I played with a Dunlop Gator Grip Pick, 1.14mm. Hope this helps.
