@TheDamiandemos In Australia, if someone pleads guilty there is very very rarely a trial. We here don't have an opinion on this whole thing but it really is foolish when people say there wasn't a trial as if it was a conspiracy. It was a normal part of our legal process.

With regards to the left hand / right hand argument, a semi automatic rifle expells hot shells from the right side (as the majority of firearm users are right handed). Had bryant been left handed, he would have had to contend with hot shells flying onto his arm when shooting, and so probably learnt how to shoot right handed.

Someone has obviously never shot a rifle. A movement of the smalles nature either side would cause the bullet to miss a persons head at 12 feet.

Update 31 Dec 2001 - We have had it positively confirmed the morgue truck was constructed around June 1995 - just in time to be up and running and not attract immediate suspicion prior to the massacre.

to shoot each of them in the head this is not physically possible to do this with each shot 1 second apart. I totally agree with Ted Serong about the skills required, military snipers require years of training to get even close to this level of ability, why is it that noone else sees the total ridiculousness of Bryants so called ability with weapons. From the occasional rifle practice that he wouldve done in between aeroplane trips to the UK the likelihood of Mr Bryant being the shooter is

1-Bryant was seen arguing with the toll booth attentant about where to park right outside the broad arrow cafe shortly before the shooting
2- Brigid cook was one of the injured who saw Bryant and could id him
3- Bryant admits to killing people and hijacking the car and bungling people into the boot
4- Bryant is on the phone admitting to holding hostages , and the only survivor of seascape,
5-Bryant admitted owning the weapons and loved his sweet AR rifle

@SPECIALagentKOOKY I dont place to much emphasis on his ability to drive but on his ability to have dispatched morfe trhan 12 people in a period of 20 seconds which would take a sniper or special forces man years to achieve that skill level its not possible the whole package smells There are too many unanswered questions !! The car thing is almost irrelevant !

an 5.56mm semi-auto Assault rifle inside a tiny room , with unarmed prey doesnt take a " sniper or special forces man" he shot alot from less then 1mtr

@SPECIALagentKOOKY I am an ex-Army officer and soldier of over 27 years experience my assessment is based on experience also as previously mentioned Brigadier Ted Sarong one of the most expert jungle fighters also agreed ... armed or unarmed prey the shooter still must locate each of the hiding and some exposed in the open victims and then dispatch them with a kill shot walking from person to person does not gel pace it out in small room with a stick and number of head sized balls ...

@SPECIALagentKOOKY locate the ball point your stick at it and count how long it takes just to aim and point and say 'bang' at the same time see if it works it doesnt !!! you cant physically do it and it odesnt matter about the automatic/Semi automatic nature of the weapon ... Its about the 'skill' with the weapon - I say 20 seconds because thats what time the inquest found that "Bryant" took to do the killingthe people supposedly were killed in this time period ...

@SPECIALagentKOOKY I took my timing from what the court said was the duration to kill the people in the Broad Arrow not any conspiracist theroists if you believe what the court says then Bryant must have been incredibly skillful to do this in 20 seconds
I agree with Wendy Scurr it was most likely a much longer period of time but how does the court determine a 20 second period ... This is what Im saying - there are a so many anomalies and unanswered questions that just dont fit the scenario

And it wasnt a tiny room have you actually been to the Broad Arrow Cafe site and seen how big the inside area was What do you base your assumptions and premises on ??? I make no statements based on any hollywood rubbish only what I know to be fact ... And I am telling you it DOES take a professional trained in killing to be able to carry out that action with that kind of accuracy !!!

(where he was sentenced without proper trial) that within a period of 15 seconds 17 shots were fired and he had killed 12 people thats a shot every second for the first 15 seconds of the shooting that resulted in 12 people receiving headshots that killed them pretty much instantly the skill level to achieve that kind of accuracy is not possible for a person of diminished intelligence who has had no military training

and who only may have fancied himself as some kind of Rambo. That level of accuracy is also dubious considering a shot was fired every second for almost 20 seconds to kill 12 people they would have almost certainly had to be either lined up so the person did not have to move to locate them and give them a headshot or they wouldve had to be in very close proximity which they were not, the gunman would have been walking from victim to victim locating each person and taking deliberate aim

to shoot each of them in the head this is not physically possible to do this with each shot 1 second apart. I totally agree with Ted Serong about the skills required, military snipers require years of training to get even close to this level of ability, why is it that noone else sees the total ridiculousness of Bryants so called ability with weapons. From the occasional rifle practice that he wouldve done in between aeroplane trips to the UK the likelihood of Mr Bryant being the shooter is

extremely remote. Its on par with the ability of Lee Harvey Oswald to get off three or four kill shots from the book repository at the distance that he was supposed to have hit JFK with a bolt action rifle on the extremely narrow window of opportunity in Dallas all those years ago. And when a military sharp shooter with years of experience tried to recreate the shots a number of times it wasnt possible.
