I had the pleasure of attending Al's night club in New Orleans a couple of times. He always put on a good show. By chance I met him in person on a riverboat holiday cruise, essentially an early Christmas celebration. He was a really nice guy to talk with. However, he had one little failing. At the time, he was on his honeymoon with his 4th wife. Couldn't keep the wives happy. Oh, well, nobody is perfect.
