i have windows xp i transformed it to windows 7 i have this software but its not working any more can u tell me how to fix this

i got the windows 7 theme for xp if u want it but u have to use tune up utilities. i got a serial for tune up utilities if u need it too. im not lying im for real. lol thanks again man.
