Rep. Becerra: Health Reform Reduces the Deficit

I don't know about this one guys...I am a long time democrat and proponent of health care reform, but Bacerra did not address Paul Ryan's concerns. He actually twisted what he said about the CBO and then dodged the question. I think that Ryan is onto something here. As a constituent it is your job to analyze all of this information and hold these guys accountable. I want healthcare reform as much as anyone, but this bill may not be the best way to go about it. I love how Ryan and the republicans support the CBO (Congressional Budget Office), when they agree with them (in other words, works in their favor)... but they don't when it doesn't go along with what they say. Republicans know, that Healthcare Reform, is a GREAT idea... but it's not a good business decision (in their favor)... because they are involved with the insurance companies, and have golf buddies that work in the insurance companies, who are their biggest campaigning supporters.

A "retort"? Rep. Xavier Becerra does not appear to even listen to what Rep. Paul Ryan said. That's why you see Ryan respond the way he does.

Becerra fabricates a strawman and then burns it to the ground.

Yes, I TOTALLY AGREE! Paul Ryan is just like every other repuliCAN'T.. they are all great liars and convincers. They spout these lies to the public to scare them into agreeing with them and seeing things their way, and for their own agendas. I love that Becerra called Ryan out on his BS, and explained how it really is.. though he couldn't do that exactly.. because he would have to mention that the republicans are fighting so hard against the bill, because they're dogs of the insurance company
