Oh well, thats my two pennies worth of comments in here, i guess im almost as bad as them two lol although not as aggressive by nature it seems!.. Great video and thanks for the upload, although most is stuff ive learnt and forgot, its a good thing for newcomers that these videos carry on.
I guess thats one sad indictment of current fishing trend alot of youngsters are starting out on now, carp fishing. However anything at all that keeps them out of trouble and off the streets is a good thing in my book, even if they lose the great times i had as a kid with river fishing, id rather they sit on a carp lake than in my garden whilst their mates ramsack my garden shed!
I do think lakes have ruined the glory for me of the close season or more the start day of the new season really, the so called magical 16th of june has lost its magic with me :o( I used to love the weeks coming up to that day. Now its a case of sitting on lakes through the closed season. I wouldnt stop fishing lakes by any means but thats one of the few downsides of finding this style of fishing for me atleast.
Dunt these two numpties below go on abit, talking about what they do and dont know about fishing, well i for one know that carp fishing takes alot of skill and watercraft is a massive part of it, it takes as much skill as river fishing does but then having, said that, i do enjoy both as much as each other. Anyway regardless of what or how we fish we are all doing what makes us happy, shouldnt be any animosity between a fisherman and fisherman. Certainly not a page worth of comments/rants lol
