@Rephiz The 61. You always want to get more keys if possible because while playing the high keys you can also play the lower keys. Although it's partitioned, which means that on a 25 keys, you can turn them into low or high for up to 25, you can't play your notes at once. You are either playing high or lows, not both. I hope that makes sense. To save money, 25 is okay, but 61 or 88 is recommended. Eventually, you will learn why. Even down to when you sample

you shouldnt have to download anything just click rescan and let your computer find it click it enable it and keep it at generic and your all set to go. make sure your audio from your computer is going out of your primary or what ever interface sound card your using

If you have trouble with this, and you've got the 2nd generation of axioms, instead of everything with enigma, press "Inst" and "Null" at the same time, then press ^ until number 18. Everything should work now except for the record button. If you need more help send a message :)

@ThePlanetFresh Alright, first do what grooveclubhouse says and change the setting in fl studio to tuscan or something, then look under the lcd screen on your Axiom and find the buttons inst and null. They're to the right of the patch up and down buttons. Also you might want to install the drivers if you haven't already. Hope I helped. :)

I have the axiom 61 gen 1 and have done everything you said. However, when I load up enigma the only time I get a red dot in devices/ files is for Axiom 49. when I select Axiom 61 fl studio everything stays grey and I cannot send the presets to my keyboard. It recognizes my Keyboard as Axiom 49 and nothing else. FL recognizes the keyboard as well and plays sound but knobs cant control accurately.

@xero1231 browse parameters (at VSTi) turn the knob - link to controller at the menu and it is assigned, thats all, just like in the video ..... i have no special settings - generic controller at midi settings .... btw i didn´t assign play & stop ....... no browse parameters drop down menu around ......but i wouldn´t even use them, since i prefer keyboard for that, .... i can send you screenshot of midi settings, but like i wrote - no special settings there ....

m-audio's utter lack of support for FL STUDIO kills me, even to this day!...WAKE UP M-AUDIO..there's over a million people using FL...SUPPORT IT.

On that note...if you want a good controller for FL which AUTOMAPS to all your knobs in the vst's without having to 'learn' each one, get the Novation SL MKII series... wayyyy better.

@TichUSC Your midi keyboard or qwerty keyboard? If its your qwerty keyboard, one of the boxes to the right of the tempo change fixes that. If its your midi keyboard, go to options-midi settings-look for your keyboard.

you have to open enigma, go to file/load/ and there is a empty folder.

in this folder you put the "axiom fl studio xml" in it. then click open.

that's it.. then you can see on the enigma the fl studio template.

@z1ayr0n I had the same problem. Make sure u have the drivers installed, u can also get that from the m-audio site. I installed that, restarted my cpu and it was working like a charm.
