I didn't realize that Ronen grew up in a Hasidic community. I'm glad that he got to meet Christians who were kind and filled with God's spirit. Ronen passed away in the summer of 2009. I don't really know how as his immediate family chose not to make it public. There has been a lot of speculation as to why and how, but no one is saying. And, it doesn't matter in the end-all we need to do is remember him as a loving and seeking man. People still watch his videos and that is part of his legacy

And I think it's in John 14 where he says that only through believing in him will you have everlasting life. If you reject him, Revelation tells you the punishment for that. That's just off the top of my head, there's more if you look. @runnerman550 It does say what happens to them in Revelation 19 and elsewhere in that same book. Jesus kills all non-believers. Remember when he said that "no one comes to the Father but through Me"? That's John 14:6. So, obviously, anyone who refuses to believer in him becomes one of those Jesus anihilates (the second death mentioned there) at the end of the world. This is *very* basic stuff.

Christianity is a set of beliefs put up by Jesus. Hence, the name. We don't worship Jesus, since he was man, we simply honor him. Though according to my Religion class Jesus was part of the Holy Trinity (3 people, 1 God) and thus in some way is related to a God. Simply put we follow Jesus' teaching but worship the same Almighty Creator and Supreme Being as the Jews do, the same God of Moses, Abraham and Jacob. You see we are in a way linked to the same Creator, us Christians and Jews.

I am Christian and my experiences within my own faith have always been very positive towards Jews and Judaism. I can't tell you how many times Judaism is referred to as "our elder brother" b/c we believe we came forth from it. Also, I have never heard a preacher say the Jews killed Jesus. Christianity is all about forgiveness. I am in a peculiar position being a Christian and yet I have Jewish heritage-my mother's grandmother was Jewish-so I am considered a jew as well. I don`t agree Jesus = Zues, Zeus = the power god, the boss-god, Jesus is associated with sacrifice for the moral good & humility. OK, but pagan gods are archetypical: "god of war" "god of beauty" "god of virtility." Jesus is a different archetype then Zeus. If Justice & truth & charitability are the goals (they are of course), then Jesus is much closer to that then Zeus. Zeus has no books demanding people be charitable & righteous, but Jesus does (whether actually followed is another matter, but still). Psychologically: jesus is "the sacrifice for the common good," Zeus is not like that IMHO.
Pschologically , yes i agree. However the many ommissions and additions to the new testament texts over the centuries has left us unable to clarify the historicity of "a man " called "jesus" . Pauls writings hint at a "Cosmic Messiah " further in my mind establishing on two points . One that Jesus the man is a myth and a archetype, which needs reading into....

Considder how much more difficult it will be to free them of their idolatry. It may become impossible. Evidence is extreme that Xtians don`t care about logic, they will say whatever they feel like saying & believing. To make matters worse some jewish cults also forward idolatrous or near-idolatrous ideas about moshiach "the final redemption" guy.
You make the same mistake as so many people. You simply cannot put Christians into a collective and say 'they are going to do this or that'. Think how often people have said the same thing about 'jews being this way or that way'. You know this is wrong because there is every kind of person in Judaism just as there are every kind of person in Christianity. I absolutely understand where he is coming from. I have grown up in a society with christians who would tell me horrible things. When i was only 8 i was told at least 20 times that i would be damned. It wasn't until i met my christian friends in middle school that i understood not everyone would treat me badly. I love my friends weather they are jeish, christian, muslim, whatever they may be.

I didn't realize that Ronen grew up in a Hasidic community. I'm glad that he got to meet Christians who were kind and filled with God's spirit. BTW, the point the New Testament makes is that all of humanity killed Jesus because of their sins. Our sinful nature made Jesus's sacrifice necessary to save our lives. We all condemned him to the cross. Jews represent themselves in the story, and the Romans represented all of the Gentiles, thus meaning all of humanity.

Ronen passed away in the summer of 2009. I don't really know how as his immediate family chose not to make it public. There has been a lot of speculation as to why and how, but no one is saying. And, it doesn't matter in the end-all we need to do is remember him as a loving and seeking man. People still watch his videos and that is part of his legacy

And I think it's in John 14 where he says that only through believing in him will you have everlasting life. If you reject him, Revelation tells you the punishment for that. Christianity is a set of beliefs put up by Jesus. Hence, the name. We don't worship Jesus, since he was man, we simply honor him. Though according to my Religion class Jesus was part of the Holy Trinity (3 people, 1 God) and thus in some way is related to a God. Simply put we follow Jesus' teaching but worship the same Almighty Creator and Supreme Being as the Jews do, the same God of Moses, Abraham and Jacob. You see we are in a way linked to the same Creator, us Christians and Jews.

Perhaps you are Jehova witness or Mormon, though you may consider yourself Christian, you are not in the mainstream by its very definition.

I am Christian and my experiences within my own faith have always been very positive towards Jews and Judaism. I can't tell you how many times Judaism is referred to as "our elder brother" b/c we believe we came forth from it. Also, I have never heard a preacher say the Jews killed Jesus. Only that it was the Romans but more importantly, it was us, sinful humans, that did it. Shoot, my old church even had a Rabbi come and speak about Judaism and we had a seder meal. Anyway, great channel.

I am born christian i have not kept my faith i am open minded to everything. When people say things like that you can not have it take a toll on you. Religion or not it is human to defend what you love but it is divine for you to realize your faults and forgive.

Dont apologise to christians for centuries of persecution, defamation, and denigration. Who knows what really happened during Jesus? Only christians know? Its strange how little most of my jewish friends know about Yeshua. Yeshua was a Essene Jew. There were 3 sects (and later 4 sects) of Judaism at the time. Pharisitic, Sadduccitic, Essenic and Osseanic. Pharisee and Sadduccee seemed to band together regardless of their differences, as did Essenes and Osseans. I believe with enough faith all these things that either bind us or free us will eventually redeem us. There can be no true redemption without the need of humanity to experience it. If the Moshiach is to come and we are all to benefit from this person; then I say, even all religious or non-religious individuals will in the end benefit.

Many christians are actually fine and very friendly people. Does not mean their idolatry can be accepted, really can`t, for their own sake even. Then there are also the troubling christians (bosses?) that say "you are evil, evil, evil, only blind faith in our idol will save you..." (I know both types quite well.) Don`t feel bad for harshly opposing xtianity. Eh, yes we will end economic disparity ! That`s the key issue. Torah & truth must win, idolatry must die completely. Thx for opposing it!!!

Maybe you are right, but a danger is they will make moshiach a god, but moshiach is just a human being, not a star. This is worrying. Jesus is a better idol then some other idols though, but the christians think Jesus will come back as the real moshiach, with capability to do miracles like a god. Maybe all will be OK once there are no miracles, fingers crossed, eh...

Maybe HaShem designed this whole scheme for the gentiles: from Zues = 100% pagan 0% Torah, to Jesus which is litterally 50% Tenach + 50% pagan, then 100% Torah when the real redemption comes. I don`t agree Jesus = Zues, Zeus = the power god, the boss-god, Jesus is associated with sacrifice for the moral good & humility. Maybe there are connections Zeus/Jesus, but also extensive differences. Historically Jesus is not Zeus. I sometimes thing "beast that god human heart" Daniel = Roman empire ?

OK, but pagan gods are archetypical: "god of war" "god of beauty" "god of virtility." Jesus is a different archetype then Zeus. If Justice & truth & charitability are the goals (they are of course), then Jesus is much closer to that then Zeus. Zeus has no books demanding people be charitable & righteous, but Jesus does (whether actually followed is another matter, but still). Psychologically: jesus is "the sacrifice for the common good," Zeus is not like that IMHO.

Pschologically , yes i agree. However the many ommissions and additions to the new testament texts over the centuries has left us unable to clarify the historicity of "a man " called "jesus" . Pauls writings hint at a "Cosmic Messiah " further in my mind establishing on two points . One that Jesus the man is a myth and a archetype, which needs reading into....
Second The Messiah pre this period is actually quite different in Jewish thought form. Salvation i believe is a corpproeal event.

Messiah means so much less then the christians make it out to be (a god), but the effects of the real redemption are as much more then the christians think (actual real life justice & peace, and all that it would mean long term). The NT is heading for the trash can fast if it is up to me. We`ll save a copy for the history museum though, for laughs for future generations.

I`m harsh because I fear what Xtians are going to do with the real redemption: they will try to foment Xtianity-2.0, this time with the real moshiach. Considder how much more difficult it will be to free them of their idolatry. It may become impossible. Evidence is extreme that Xtians don`t care about logic, they will say whatever they feel like saying & believing. To make matters worse some jewish cults also forward idolatrous or near-idolatrous ideas about moshiach "the final redemption" guy.

You make the same mistake as so many people. You simply cannot put Christians into a collective and say 'they are going to do this or that'. Think how often people have said the same thing about 'jews being this way or that way'. You know this is wrong because there is every kind of person in Judaism just as there are every kind of person in Christianity. There is no collective agenda-trust me-look at the disagreement between all the denominations of Christianity-there will never be a consensus

For some reason (?) your comment came up as a reply to mine. So: there will be a consensus, and that is that the testamentling cult (aka (anti-)christianity) is wrong. It can not survive theologically the coming of moshiach: how could it ?! They say moshiach has come and it is jesus, so that cult collapses when it happens and is of course not jesus.
