This is complete bullshit. The guy picks one of the worst parts of downtown as representative of the city. He complains about the rain in the middle of winter saying it is like that all the time. Fact: it rains more in every major city on the east coast then it does in seattle. It is rarely freezing in seattle, unlike places in the midwest. The summers are incredible. Fucking haters.
