peek, you rock man! keep this up! i went to school in va. used to come up & kayak camp on the new & gauley. geezers used to take us in and letus stay on their property. treat us fine. we'd share our wine &weed. they'd keep us up all night playing like that. ur a real blessing. i picked up a no name tenor a few months ago. cant' play any real songs but i just jam on it like you do. inspire on sir.
ok. im from huntington wv. 2 mins from the city 2 mins from the interstate and 2 mins from the middle of no where. is where im from haha. u a fellow southerner
I tried to learn Scruggs Style for 25 years then gave it up when someone showed me clawhammer. I don't have the hands for Scruggs Style, and could never seem to get beyond the mechanics of it, but I enjoy this kind of playing.
really enjoy ur music. all my family use to play a banjo like my grandmothers brothers and cusins but they passed before they could pass the knowledge i jus started playing and really enjoy it. hopefully i can half as good as u
I was the crummiest player ever when I started. After a while you just get comfortable with it though. Still think I'm not so hot, but I do have fun with it. You will too..
favorited. After listening three times to it, it thought it it would be cool if, at about the minute mark, you played the same tune like an octave up.
It t'wer! 8D

I actually thought this was banjo video overlayed to a pipetrack. I keep coming back here. the inspiration remains true. Thanks peek!

@MrHelloecho I don't know what a pipetrack is, but I'll take that as a compliment. Thanks..

Yea, that gets better with time. I only know 4 or 5 chords, but after a while I learned to kind of find the right strings, if that makes any sense..
