i have the second controller (scorp) sit in the exact spot where i dont have to pick it up to press the buttons for the breaker and you can start holding forward after 311 for kahn. while scorp is falling i start to hold forward block and pretty much press bf4 at the same time man.

as for kahn i keep my big toe on the right analog for his breakers, then just pick it up when i press block. during scorps second spear i switch the controllers back

its all about knowing when you can move em

i have both controllers in front of me. the second controller is in the perfect spot so that i dont have to pick it up. i can just press forward and block, then pick it up and do the move.

for shao kahn i keep my big toe on the analog, then just press block when i need to.

during the second spear i switch the controllers back to the way they were when i started

i grab the 2nd controller right before the knee with kahn and press forward block and do the knee same time (hardest part)
