@yeahbuddy457 dont listen to the other guy, the EGLM will only fit the scar as it is designed for the scar body, your best bet if you want one to switch between weapons is to buy a scar on it's own and buy a M203 as that will fit any gun with a ris

@MrDRIFTIFICATION Yes it would. I have the VFC scar. EXTREMELY good externals, and it field strips so easily. Problem is that the internals aren't as good for the almost 400 price tag it boasts. This is what I recommend it you're not good with Gearboxes like me. Use the gun till it breaks. Then send it in to ASGI and pay 45 dollars. They'll fix it and tune the gun up. It will take a while, usually being more than a month or so, but it will usually run better than a KWA, even if it was a JG.

I am NOT paying 800$ for an airsoft gun good or not it's just not worth it to me. Ares SCARs also have the crappiest bolt designs, it's not made sturdy but instead thin aluminum.

@ARX7ARBALESTZ7 actually, for what you get with the SVD, 580 dollars isnt a lot to pay. Airsoft sniping requires a lot from the gun. AEG"s arent super expensive, but you do need a lot of gear. sniping is like the other way around. Competition ready sniper rifles/dmr's require at least 600-1000 dollars to dropped into it. SVD is 580. out of the box its better than most highly upgraded bolt action sniper rifles. The 200 was just the scope. so the gun was really 580

Ares is no comparison to the agm. The ares is like probably your best choice for the scar except maybe the g&g scar, but the g&g should be upgraded after some heavy use cause parts do tend to break in there guns, same with ics

I hate to burst your bubble but for performance the VFC SCAR would have to have the best internals over Ares, G&G, Dboys, Classic Army, and any other company that makes the SCAR L but any of them can be the best if you take the time and money to upgrade them as i did with my Dboys

@deadriclord678 well you have to admit painball is slightly expensive where as airsoft, all you spend much money on at all is the gun, the BBs dont cost near as much as paintballs and you dont have to buy C02 unless you have a gass gun. but other than the cost personally i like paintball more to.

I personally like the "speedball" style although it's too "unrealistic", whereas many airsoft games where people don't have a clue how to give life to the game just sit around, talk a bit, shoot a few rounds, keep talking, "gimmie a straw so I don't have to sip my coffe trough a facemask" etc.

Some airsoft fields have started "killing house" and "swat" gameplay though.

hey if anybody has this gun and hates the way that the bold release sounds I know a way to fix it! If you like to disassemble you gun then you will notice the bolt at the top of the metal receiver at the end of the actual bolt (which is powered by the spring) there is a piece of rubber to help pad the bolt from impact. (it is held down by a Philips head screw). Take the rubber out and lube the bolt with some regular car silicone oil Now reassemble the gun and try it out.

@ARX7ARBALESTZ7 You have to pop the pins on the gun to break it down then look at the top of the upper receiver. pull back the charging handle and look at the piece of metal that goes back while your pulling it ( it will cover the whole upper receiver) , at the end of it will be a little piece of rubber with a metal piece over it, there will be a screw holding that piece of metal in remove the screw. Keep all of those pieces, if you need more help send me the explosive view, I will point it out
