I now get to listen to someone talk about what he loves while I do what I love. I dig that Freese guy and I've REALLY liked everything of his that I've read.
love these interviews.i wish horror movies are as good as they were.must be the kid in me i guess.i just find horror movies aren't as scary as they were.
I have to agree. I still enjoy horror flicks for what they are, and something surprising still comes along. I really enjoyed The Orphanage, which is a film that I probably wouldn't have enjoyed as much if I'd seen it as a kid. I really connected with the mother desperately trying to find her missing son. The little ghost children were creepy and sad. It is really a wonderful movie.
So, you just keep watching and sooner or later you're rewarded for your loyalty to the genre.
