  • why a national 'youth' community service, surely all ages could benefit from it or is it that young people are an easy target, after all only young people commit crimes don't they?

  • The fact that this election is reported to be even remotely close is a damning assessment of how far this country has fallen.

  • What you fail to see is that this is not about Labour = for the poor, and Conservatives = for the rich. As much as you wish to believe otherwise, Labour left the poor well and truly behind in 1997 as a way of attracting the middle classes. They then pandered to the wealthy, de-regulated the banking system and brought us a phony, credit-fuelled boom that you all lapped up.

  • Ha ha ha. What a total and utter joke. The ship has long since sailed for this government.

  • It's interesting how Labour are answering the communities problem by attacking the symptoms of the problem with ASBOs, police, injunctions etc, while the Tories are actually attacking the problem itself by encouraging family union. Hmm...

  • VOTE LABOUR!

  • vote Labour. Please don't through our country to the dogs.
