  • the commercials are annoying. If YT wants to deflect me from watching a video, they do a good job adding commercials

  • @TheJcp1234 lol u mad?

  • I don't fancy being uncomfortable, how about the best of both?

  • I am very comfortable on my bike and I can easily hit 40+mph on any decent hill and just tuck.

    I recommend flipping your stem.

  • A typical salesman

  • Say what?

  • How is it on a mountain bike?

  • @garagecrap That depends on the discipline. In XC, you want your seat at least 2-3 inches above your handlebars, normally higher. In AM, you should probably get a dropper post, or kepp the seat at a neutrl height, 1-2 inches below your bars. In DH, FR, and DJ, get your seat as low as it can go to get it out of the way. It's mostly there to save your future children. Cheers!

  • very interesting, but I wish you had 1) shown before/after examples "for instance if you're 6'0 you could do X or, if you want to ride faster/slower/ do Y."

    2) when you speak of comfort riding, how fast is fast? I have a 1973 Swchinn Suburban, and I ride about 14-16 MPH: not too fast, but not slow. if you'd mentioned specific speeds, it would be easier to apply your comments to my own riding.

    thanx a lot for posting

  • do they really hit more than 40 mph ? thats scary considering the mass of that bike!

  • There is a video on youtube showing a guy running from the cops on the interstate at over 60mph

  • yaa i seen it but its super fake

  • I just recently started riding a few months ago and we have already gone about 32 mph down hill. It is scary but people definitely go faster than that.

  • Bikes are not for evryone

  • ur handlebars look juicy

  • Hey thats my bike... kinda lol i have a trek 2100zr :D

  • hahaha, sounds like kobidobidog is just reading words out of a medical journal, sorry, it just sounds funny and really out of place, i have no idea what hes talking about!

  • I prefer performance.

  • The simple movement of the upper cervical specific doctors is the best. Keep you appointments it took you a while to get in the condition you are in it will take time to get better. After the adjustment you more than likely will feel shifting in the back, dont worry about it. Your body is in the process of rebalancing its self. The longer the atlas stays in the right place the longer the time between office visits.

    .

  • I had my bars 3 or 4 cm beneath my saddle and experienced lower back pain. I figured I would raise the bars to relieve myself of the pain. When that didn't work I just figured "Oh what the hell" and tried lowering them. Now, they are almost 13cm below the saddle and I am more comfortable, powerful and efficient than ever. Yay for low bars

  • I recommend this for everyone see an upper cervical specific only care doctor.(upcspine) has a list of practitioners in each state Duff Method, Light, toggle recoil NUCCA, Atlas orthogonality, Blair, hio, Grostic, Knee chest. These doctors only adjust the atlas. Which is the key vertebra to have in the right place? The adjustment movement does not twist the neck and movement is very quick. Even infants can be adjusted for them, Very gentle movement with thumb on side of neck.

  • IMHO both stems on the bikes are upside down, just my preference.

  • So you like very low bars. How does that add value to discussion of a video which clearly states that handlebar height is a very individual preference?

  • agree
