I wonder how many people realize that the US no longer has battleships in its fleet? The Iowa, the Missouri, the New Jersey & the Wisconsin have all been turned into museums.

Reason why no one has battleships in their naval fleets anymore is because they are easily destroyed by aircraft, so one can imagine how long a battleship will last against an attack by ALIEN aircraft.
