@dpattiris It's common to miss a place that you've never been to. I wish i was on the coast of Loch Lyon every time i hear Scotland the Brave. Every time i hear someone speak Gael i could swear i heard every word, not just the words, the TRUE meanings. So beautiful and so elegant, i can honestly say that the first time i heard this song i cried for 40 strait minutes. I wish that the world could just be "home", safe and comforting. Why have we ravaged ourselves with war?
@crazedscotsman553 Because too many people, by and large, are stupid. This is the first time I've listened to GS in a long time, and it's comforting to see they are consistent with their humor and their wonderfully spirited music. We need more of this in the world instead of spoiled pop divas and rockers who don't know why they're pissed off.
@Multi80schick Yeah... Damn strait. I love Gaelic Storm, always will. They just, have it all figured out don't they. @Fuzzylurrrve You obviously live in Northern Ireland and are a Catholic or a Protestand in Southern Ireland. You were born into the wrong religion whatever it is buddy.
@Fuzzylurrrve Heyyyyyy dont do that ,,,, dont take away someones dream if they wanna come here then let them ,,,its up to everyone to form an opinion ,,,and we HAVE plenty of free speach ,,its just no one wants to listen ,,,no country is perfect ,,,but hey ,,thats life ,,,Ireland rocks ,,,come on Americans come have fun with us ,,in the rain ,,,but still its fun ,,,we'll buy u a pint of the black stuff :):)
mtdewramen,DAIRISHDAVID seamuspowers, danescuruddy : yous are all 100% right its so sad to see us ireland go down the drain weve ejets running and ruining our country, i mean they dont care aslong as they get paid!! its so sad to think that if by the time i have grandkids theyl no nothing of the sort of ireland we knew :(!! im only 20 but my poor town has been run our by forgieners!! im not racisit but insted of joining our culture there taking over it and destroying ours!! :(!!
And it's not wrong to oppose the destruction of your nation, your people, your language and your culture, everything that makes you a unique and distinct people. How can you have diversity by destroying unique cultures? Everywhere will just end up the same then.
Help the immigrants at home. Give aid, help them develop their own countries. Importing them as cheap labour is exploitation, not charity. It ruins host and donor countries.
I am mostly Irish, with a bit of Russian and English. I love this song, and this video. (hence the listening to this for probably the several hundreth time this week...) I want to visit Ireland some day
ireland certainly is not like it was,and for anybody thats not irish born and bred to disagree with kevin600rr or to give his comment a thumb down,is quite rightly a hypocrite.ireland has been ruined by the sham of a government that run it,its a crying shame,we had a beautiful country which they have ruined.its very sad.ireland is not like it was,and never will be.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
thats cool, but soon, in maybe acouple of decades none of us will exsist, Ireland/Britian, America will all be third world countries. Time to prepare for Islam before its to late, they have invaded the western world before but failed. This time however thye wont fail, thanks to liberal democracy.
I have always loved Ireland but after reading about the magdalen laundries and the way women were treated as far as to 1996 I feel a bit less in love with the country. Kevin600rr I know what u mean by that Ireland isn´t Irish any more. I noticed the difference in three years during my trips over from Sweden to Dublin.
why are people so infactuated with ireland?i was born here, lived here all my life,i'd do anything to be able to move to usa or oz,this place sucks, everythings over priced, its cold,it rains 10 months of the year.half the population are alcos, have u guessed yet?thats right,im not very fond of my home country, its a kip.i hate it.
I lived in Dublin from 2002-2003...I can't believe I left (damn ex-girlfriends). To this day, when I say I'm homesick, it's not for where I grew up, it's for Dublin.

@Fuzzylurrrve You obviously live in Northern Ireland and are a Catholic or a Protestand in Southern Ireland. You were born into the wrong religion whatever it is buddy.

Cute video. Thanks for showing proof there's other stuff to drink in Ireland than just Guinness =p (Murphy's, Smithwicks etc)
BTW was that the entrance stone to Newgrange @ 4:01?

@Broketarded Smithwicks is good stuff, but I'd be perfectly happy if there was nothing but bitters

@5260SHANE Que tal Shane! Irlanda es increíble. Y la gente de allí, es muy parecida a los españoles por el carácter. Yo soy de Sevilla, y lo veo muy parecida a Dublin en muchos aspectos.
Gracias por tu comentario.

It's the new plantation.
It ruins host and donor countries.

ireland certainly is not like it was,and for anybody thats not irish born and bred to disagree with kevin600rr or to give his comment a thumb down,is quite rightly a hypocrite.ireland has been ruined by the sham of a government that run it,its a crying shame,we had a beautiful country which they have ruined.its very sad.ireland is not like it was,and never will be.

thats cool, but soon, in maybe acouple of decades none of us will exsist, Ireland/Britian, America will all be third world countries.

MrsEringobragh 2 years ago
why are people so infactuated with ireland?i was born here, lived here all my life,i'd do anything to be able to move to usa or oz,this place sucks, everythings over priced, its cold,it rains 10 months of the year.half the population are alcos, have u guessed yet?thats right,im not very fond of my home country, its a kip.i hate it.
