Sit ups will bulk up your waist quite a bit. Also if you're going by your BMI, it's not completely accurate, you should really go by your wrist's size, and yours is really small.
alot of it is genetics. While most probably wont want to admit it, a TON of it has to do with your genetics. just from this video i can see you have narrow wrists, meaning you dont have big bones. thus your not going to be able to support tons of weight. Age also has alot to do with it, and while 25 may seem way into your adult years...its not. as males get older (and im talking thirties and older) we start to gain weight because our metabolisms slow WAY down.

Buy yourself 3 hot and readys from Little Ceasaers, breakfast lunch and dinner, and drink plenty of soda. BAM! That shit will put on at least 20lbs a month. AT LEAST.. But even why I wasn't looking out for my health at all ( Eg. Eating anything I want , Not exercising at all ) , I only gained 22 Pounds in a YEAR . It is so much easy'er to lose weight than gain weight .
No no no no . No work out's . No jogging . Fuck those protein shake's they're unhealthy . Just pick up an online game , Once you get addicted you're good to go . Eat ALOT of fast food , have a stash of junky food on your sidetable . Also , ALWAYS eat before you sleep , going to sleep on a full belly helps alot . Try not to walk too much .
Once you've gained abit of weight , lets say 20-30 pounds , start working out again it'll be all good . Just don't get too lazy once you get there .
