@GFMx1 That is an interesting fact, I always knew Tupac Shakur was a rapper with a difference. His social commentary was brilliant and the fact this hearfelt song was playing when he passed away is somehow fitting.

gawd, what masterpieces! I had to see it again. The Irises is an extremely complex painting. So rare for an artist to bat so high in creating masterworks.

Two great artist. This is one of my favorite songs of all time. The paintings are beautiful the colors are mesmerizing. Van Gogh's sunflowers are his most famed work, but there is more color and depth in his landscapes.

A brilliant video of 2 great artists, Van Gogh & Don Mclean. I heard Don sing this song live in Newcastle 22 years ago when I was a struggling art student...Thankyou for doing this. Makes me want to paint & sing. Wonderful

that was such a sweet treat. i had just listened to roberta flack singing "killing me softly" and there were comments about the song being about don mclean and it made me want to hear this beautiful, meloncholy song. beautiful video. thank you.
