yeah those are the 2000 Concords. You can tell it from the yellowish clear outsoles that came with, just like the 2000 Spacejams.

The 2009 Spacejams and 2010/2011 Cool Greys have icy clear outsoles with a slightly blue tint like on the OG's from 1995/1996.

But they still look slightly blueish. But the 2000 Concords and Spacejams had outsoles that were firstly not icy and secondly yellowish from the beginning.

I wore my concords many times and even balled in them outdoor a bit. The outsoles are now dark yellow,

but i still love them. The most annoying thing is ti keep the white mesh clean and not yellowing.
