@kortland12 He's not exactly useless, if you think about it. His friendship with Axel made him re-awaken, if only a little, to emotions, and because of that Axel was willing to sacrifice himself for Sora near the end.

critical mode is very hard at first so becareful you attack,defense and magic dont go up but you still lvl up and u learn more moves then in the us verison and its challeging 2.

I think i can offer help to you...based on playing 358/2 days...I believe he means Xemnas picking Sora as the chosen wielder of the keyblade..to gather hearts...Trying not to spoil too much of the game..but basically Roxas had the original job that sora was given.

Im happy for kingdom hearts 358/2 days. I havn't fully beaten the game yet but i saw scenes of the ending and stuff. This basically some up everyone thought of roxas as a tool so tha why he left and said no one will miss me because he was being used since the day he was born.
