Ok, nice video! My only issue is it's incomplete. Caroling began with a bunch of drunk pagans dancing in the streets in some ritual, feasting is gluttony, exchanging gifts is pagan. Christ wasn't born in December and if God had wanted us to celebrate it, we'd have been told the day and the way to celebrate. Nowhere in the Bible are we to celebrate any of the popular holidays!
Well, I am pagan and will be celebrating Christmas. So, I'll be remembering your god's message of peace, love and charity; while you're walling yourself off in order to think about how much holier you are than all the people our there working in soup kitchens, making Christmas dinners for homeless families, collecting toys for disadvantaged children. I think the pagans were listening to your own god closer than you were
Learn NOT the ways of the heathen! We are to worship in Spirit and in TRUTH and it's by YAH's way, not by what man's traditions say. You cannot partake of the devil table's and of Yah's....period.
this makes me very sad, yes the Bible doesn't state when Jesus was born but it was around tax season, who knows why they put it on the 25? probably just before the end of the year! Christmas is a time of Joy and Happiness, not a time to question rather this is a Christian or Pagan Holiday. and you dont need to be a Christian just to celebrate Christmas. Its a time for giving.
@scoobydoofan7 Right on man, or woman, It's a time for happiness, and that time has nothing to do with fear tactics, or any put-down to anyone or anything.
CHRISTmas is to celebrate the birth of Jesus, despite what society has made it. I do think that people have tried to take Christianity out of Christmas but it is still a Christian holiday. And we give gifts because the three wise men gave gifts to Jesus when he was born. And Jesus WAS born and is God. I Celebrate Christmas every year. I love Jesus. I don't bow down to trees. I don't worship Santa. And I'm actually insulted by this video.
pagans like me dont worship the tree but its a symbol of life because its green even in winter wen everything looks dead, its the symbol of life and that the days get longer.
its a celebration of nature and nature is holy because everything in this universe in connected with each other. by the way to convert people to become christians you cant wipe out what they believe in you just re invent the feast and sprinkle it with a christian fairy dust en voila you have christmas
I'm starting to get sick of all this extremist BS. For all you christans out there that think the devil is around every corner do a bit more reading. First off your religion is a revamp of paganism. All the holidays are pagan. Jesus was not born on 25th december, born late november. 25/12 is a celebration of the winter solstice. Easter, ever wondered why its based on the luner cycle?
Anyone who celebrates this satanic holy day is worshipping demons...oh yeah, and when you kneel down to the tree to put gifts under it, you're kneeling down and worshipping TAMMUZ not JESUS CHRIST
One of the greatest things Satan has done is to DECEIVE! UM,. to get millions, and billions of people throughout the ages to believe that "Christmas" is a "Christian" Holiday is just yet another of his lies!
You can't celebrate Jesus' birthday, since the Bible won't give us the date of his birth. In other words, God doesn't want anyone to celebrate Jesus' birth!
Still, some of you are blinded and/or let peer pressure get to you. Wimps!
Now you know how difficult it is for true Christians to be NO PART OF THE WORLD!--John 17:14,16
It does tell us the time of his birth.. "sukkot" the feast of Tabernacles. it takes study and searching the Word. start with Luke and John the baptists fathers term serving in the temple...
I dunno really. I'm more agnostic than anything else. I think it is the other way around. Christmas started as strictly a Christian holiday and has gotten more or less "Pagan" over the years. Practically everyone celebrates Christmas anymore, regardless of religion. I'm not sure if it is the "right" thing though.
Christmas may be to celebrate the birth of Jesus, but it isn't celebrated on his birthday... it's celebrated on the same day as the Pagans celebrated winter soltice.
You CAN'T do anything for Christ without doin it in "Spirit and Truth" you need both in order to please God. The right reason isn't enough if your doing the wrong thing, according to God. There is no truth in Christmas. God is God all by himself.
u think u r celebrating the birth of christ, but u r being fooled.......that's the whole point.....u might think u r only praising god.....but u r also celebrating a pagan holiday and tradition......which as christians, we r not suppose to do...........
Wow, I knew alot of how paganism is rooted into all of this, but you made it painfully clear! Although some was over dramatized, I'll be looking for ways to rededicate Jesus Birth Day to a more Christian perspective.
Thanks!
P.S. I believe this day should be celebrated, but as a day of joy and giving as God would have meant it.

Pretty much everything "Christian" was borrowed from Paganism.

Christmas is not Pagan. It draws from many pagan traditions.
and it falls near a pagan holiday. This was done deliberately.
A Roman Emperor decided upon this in order to make it easier to convert pagans to christianity, by making it seem more familiar to them.
