I think the video is something like this. A guy lost his girlfriend (she probably cheated on I'm) and he basically couldnt handle losing her, so he thinks she is always with him when she isn't. Whenever he sees another happy couple, he thinks he sees his girlfriend cheating on him so he walks over and kicks the shit out of the guy "she" is flirting with. At the end, he thinks he sees her crying in the middle of a beach, when he actually walks into the middle of a road and gets his by a car.
