We collapsed because of Rafa's team selection.

If Rafa had played 4 4 2 with Gerrard-Mascherano, Riera on the left, Benayoun on the right. Then eased Aquilani into the team. We would have breezed to 4th, in fact we would have got 80 points. Lucas and Kuyt playing every game cost us 4th. No bullshit excuses, Gerrard-Masch 4 4 2 worked great in 2007/2008 so why the fuck didnt rafa play that, rather than Lucas? Idiot cost us the league. Hodgson sealed the oblivion by loaning out Aquilani
