Less ram then my phone, this thing blows... might as well buy some cheap china tablet. This really pisses me off because I want to like it! They must be ashamed of this because they don't publish the ram anywhere and it also wasn't on the specs on Archos website.

I watch it until 2:30 and that's when I saw exactly why I should not waste my money on this piece of crap. Just look at how laggy and unresponsive it is. I'll be saving my money for an Android tablet from a trusted manufacturer. I'm looking at Motorola and Sony right now.

It looks like Archos has finally learned from the mistakes of the Archos 5 - If reviews of the final product are as good as this video makes the g9s look, I may have to get this to accompany my (Tablet that doesn't run android) and Droid X.
yeah cuz they were using shitty prcessors and i have all my archos devices from the 404 so idk what youre doing but mine allll work great. i do admit the android tablets have been sluggish and the hardware has been incompetent but this device shows new life in this company i think. you have to keep in mind that the software is google metalslugmasters so bash google for that little freeze up. the omap4 is going to dominate anything out there. research this and give it a chance.
i bought there archos previous 10 inch and it was the biggest ball of shit i have ever spent money on €350 down the drain, I have been burned twice with that comapny and im never buying from them ever again
Archos products are notoriously bad. After a few months, it will get the white screen of death. Get it swapped for a new one while it's still under warranty, it will soon suffer the same fate. Don't get this piece of crap, just get a laptop.
