These are the kind of maps that SHOULD have been shipped with Reach. I don't mean remakes but I mean colourful (Canadian spelling - American is colorful), epic, and just halo-looking maps. @SKILLER8690 I made a solution to that: Just make a gametype without equipment, 2 shots to the head with a pistol, a little lower gravity so you float when you jump, a little faster speed. And which I made a gametype like that and it works out well.
@spike9985 The new helmet that 343 will probably be releasing. If not, they will probably keep it for themselves or make it hard to get. Search it on google.
so you get a firefight map and the original campaign also... the point is, you dont get to play the Halo: CE multiplayer the way it was originally released, only through Reach, or at least that was the way i understood it

The latest video featuring Damnation shows that the DMR (and I assume other weapons as well) has no reticule bloom. This could either be an option in the settings for a gametype or part of the new title update that 343 will roll out with H:CEA
I am so sick of reading all the retarded comments about how this a horrible, edited remake of reach's multiplayer put onto Halo: CE. Like learn to read before you flame. Halo Anniv. is very similar to Halo 3: ODST with the maps coming out.
I've not done my research on this but maybe one of you guys has come across details of the mutliplayer i've missed. Do you know if you can turn off the jet pack etc? The jet pack ruins all tactics on these classic maps. Getting onto the roof was a good tactic on this map, now you're a sitting duck.

It's more of and add-on/ sequel than a true remake.

@rmRAMbo3521 No, just that 14 seems to be the average age of the kids on reach who I played against on reach (for the very few days i gave it a chance) and they were just the most derp and obnoxious beings I've been in a game with. Then there's the vast majority of that age group that never played CE or Halo 2, so they don't know anything about old Halo so they were the same ones that got wrecked in H3 and then loved Reach because it was a tard safe haven.

Umm..I have a theory on the tiny spartan...maybe they are objects u can place in forge. Either way Im excited to see what exactly the GRD/B.O.B helmet is and how u can get it or...not. The game lets you pick if you want it to play like reach or anniversary . You can switch the graphics between the combat evolved and reach . NO PROBLEM. SHUT THE FUCK UP

These CE maps should never be played with AA's. It just would not work. I say a lot of people wouldnt like the maps because they like what was there before. Luckily they will have the classic settings. But I still think that AA's don't belong in a Halo game.

After 10 long years of waiting for a remake of MS flagship title...they somehow managed to fuck it up. No "true" HALO CE multiplayer (weapons, pistols, 3 headshot kills ) is an EPIC FAIL. No matter how much they claim to tweak the Reach Engine to emulate HALO CE, it will not play identical to it which is what we all want. After this gen im moving over to Playstation...with the fuck up of Kinect and now Halo CE(MS most important franchise) im not. fuck ms they dont know how to please fans

I thought that armor abilities was a nice touch but was happy that it didn't shove it into our faces. I think these maps look cool and I can't wait to replay halo 1 in HD.

@rmRAMbo3521 No, just that 14 seems to be the average age of the kids on reach who I played against on reach (for the very few days i gave it a chance) and they were just the most derp and obnoxious beings I've been in a game with. Then there's the vast majority of that age group that never played CE or Halo 2, so they don't know anything about old Halo so they were the same ones that got wrecked in H3 and then loved Reach because it was a tard safe haven.

These CE maps should never be played with AA's. It just would not work. I say a lot of people wouldnt like the maps because they like what was there before. Luckily they will have the classic settings. But I still think that AA's don't belong in a Halo game.
