Albeit, this song was released in the late 80's/early 90's, a time when it was common to release music videos using models to lip-synch another woman's vocals

This song always makes me want to jump up and down! One of my favorite 100 singles of all time, from the 1950s to the present. It's got such a great groove--I love every single bit: "We're living by this inspiration..." Love the urgent background pleas: "Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on!" The piano lines are superb. Martha Wash kicks it into the most amazing gear!!!

This reminds me of dancing around my dorm room at Tufts when Kiss108 in Boston would play it each morning!
