Thanks for the memories dude! I still have this game for the PS2! I just finished Conviction! This game has come a long way! to bad the intelligence of the bad guys hasnt improved even when you play it on the realistic setting! But I heard that is going to change in the sixth installment. the enemies will search for you and not give up especially if they have seen you!

The first 2 alarms at the beginning would have failed the mission on the PS2 version. Christavi has the place on alert. If 1 alarm is triggered, he would lock down the whole palace. There is a tunnel with lasers. I prefer this version of the Presidential Palace.

@RedDynasty123 Yes, it is on the PC and it is the last level of the game, but on the Xbox version, you can download some additional levels. There are also some torrents you can download for PC that have those additional levels as well.

my pc game is messed up- it does not show shadows, detailed textures, or even the spotlights- making the game unplayable on certain levels. (and i set graphic settings to the highest quality)

I had a problem like this with far cry on highest settings- look for patches, update drivers and if that fails- just try other graphics quality levels

Ok, that didn't work. I have the PC version. So I tried pushing the shift button then D then shift again. That didn't work the 6 times I tried it. Did I do somthing wrong, or am I just not fast enough?

Don't press the Shift button the second time. When you're at the top of the pipe, just press Shift while holding the D button, and then when you're hanging on the ledge, press the W button to pull yourself up the ledge.

I have the Gamecube version, which isn't too bad, but this PC version has so many changes and things that aren't in the GC one.

Like your whole prologue to accessing the palace itself, GC only has to go through a sewer.

Yeah, there are only 10 levels unless you download the extra levels with Xbox live. I think there is 3 extra levels.

no they come with the game on xbox on a bonus disc. the missions are Kola Cell, Vselka and Vselka Infiltration. They are all really hard. And in Kola Cell you can throw spades at people xD

And in PS2 & CG versions theres extra level you only see only at those versions. Same with Pandora Tommorrow's PS2 and CG versions. I kinda liked Pandora's extra mission.

Yeah, he can die. At the part where you have to snipe Nikoladze, Cristavi is talking to him, and if you shoot Cristavi instead of Nikoladze, then you fail.

You mean that big jump? No, I don't think it is. If you look carefully, you can see that Sam hits the edge of that platform thing, and falls which protects him from dying. I have this game for PC, and it's easy to do for me.
