believe it or not, put fatty bacon or a strip of pork fat on it, i had one on my stomach, it pulled out the core and everything over night, didnt feel anything at all while i slept, and mine was way bigger than yours, after than clean the wound and bandage it so no infection happens
You know, it looks like it might be in there kind of deep. Some of these are just hard to get out. I think you have done as good a job as anyone could hope. Maybe leave it be for awhile, then when you are ready again, put heat on it before you make an incision. An Exacto blade would be best to use or even a box cutter. Just poke straight DOWN. Also, like carmy60 said in #3, squeeze and look for the pressure point, the part that turns white. It will come out eventually.
