@Lewisffitch if he hasn't increased in size he's not doing well. It's not the size of the tank it's the health. He's living but NOT THRIVING. And personally I want my fish to THRIVE. Meaning, grow up healthy to their true size.

you need a heater 20 degrees isnt good enough. 23 is the minimum

dude i watched your vid and it totally inspired me to go and buy this:) i bought the fluval heater also:) tell me...you have your real plants planted..what soil did you use????? also do i need to buy an air pump??? im going to buy around 10 to 15 small fish..so do i need to buy an air pump, any help wud be appreciated:) cheers dude

QUESTION: I heard that it is a pain to feed the fish, does it bother you to life up the big lid to feed the fish? Does the material feel cheap? I am going to buy it for US$130, do you think that is a good deal? sorry for the ?s however this tank looks amazing!

@mrbschildt it's not a pain at all to feed my fish, the lid is made out of a very thick and strong plastic, very good quality. :)

$130 may be a little expensive, but it's worth it! :)

@lPwnNubs if you want small fish, go for minnows, guppies or tiger barbs. :)

If you are going for larger fish, choose a pleck or a "shark" fish. :)

get some chiclids , nice yellow ones , i managed to breed mine with out knowing lol i just saw little fish swimming around
