I really like this beautiful song and this artist. N.Sputnik has been one of my biggest inspirations. I remember having the opportunity to check out his studio back in the day before I even knew how to program and synthesize. Everyone bow to your sensei! not super into this track, but on it's own merits I think a different base instrument would work better, a more digital sounding one... or a sine bass maybe . the bass is like, a slap funky bass but the rest of the track is dissonant fucked up ambiance, a very dif vibe. soft keys in the track and their melody is the strong component i think. pads are also good

Thanks for your comment, Shane. The bass has flatwound strings and I am going for a 60's type retro-future sound. There is a little spring reverb on there. That contrast with the strange IDM percussive sounds is intentional.
