@theAIRJORDANblitz EXACTLY... With a retirement and a half a season (where he went to eastern conference finals and got within an earshot of another appearance) in between. Pretty fuckin impressive!
Jordan was not human. In the 86–87 season Jordan lead the league in scoring, averaging 37 points per game shooting 48% from the field, but even more impressive was the fact that he recorded 236 steals and 125 blocks. The following season Jordan averaged 35 points per game shooting 53% percent from the field - leading the league in scoring - and became the only player to record consecutive seasons with 259 steals(lead the league in steals) and 131 blocks. It was like he was from another planet.
@kileer7 People seem to forget about the days when Bulls were still an average team. If you saw Jordan play then, he was just downright ridiculous. I remember watching some of those games and thinking "how can one guy dominate both ends of the floor, by himself?". Blocks, steals, scoring every point, passing the rest...just unbelievable. And when Mike was young, he was the most explosive player I have ever seen in the NBA. So fast and so strong, he'd dunk on anyone at any time.
@sunnyboy8644 Why must Kobe's name come up on every Jordan video??? HE FAILS IN COMPARISON!!!
Everybody knows Jordan was the MOST DOMINANT player in the league for a good DECADE, SHAQ was the absolute MOST DOMINANT big man EVER in the league... Both absolutely required DOUBLE TEAM AT LEAST from DAY 1!
Jordan was NEVER anybody's wing man... Nor was Shaq during ANY PERIOD while he was a Laker... These were the CENTERPIECES for ALL of their championship runs! Think about it

4:06 might be the best move/shot in NBA history. There's only one guy who could make that shot from where he took off.
