Er... do you mean what was the rope they used to suspend them? Because to me it looks like seed beads... of some sort. I don't know if it would be paper as well, it might be, very SMALL paper beads...
My heart cries out for them all... I am SO glad they have created a way for themselves to make the money that they truly need.
This is what "TRUE" Sister hood is all about, instead of, like what -unfortunately- a lot of women do in tearing one another apart with cattiness... these women are REMARKABLE.
Women who can make something out of nothing and turn it into beauity. Amazing !!! I can only hope American womwn can pull together as these sisters do .
Food for though - Why put down American women while praising these fine ladies? There are many men and women who are in the US that are just as resourceful and I am tired of Americans being referred to on the contrary!
I love that there is a foundation out there like this: one that uses something we (the world) has so much of (paper) and uses it as a means of improving these womens' lives!
