@vivalavictory ok, so thank s for your infos and your video. They're really helpful. When did you get your L? One year after you have your L, you can take the road test and get your N, is that tight? if I get my L in March next year, 2 years later from that time, I'll be able to get N; it means March 2014, it that right as well? Now I understand that. Remember to tell us the story when you get your N. We are so excited to hear from you. Have fun with your driving!
@vivalavictory Hi, So are you sure that the rule will be applied after Nov 27? Where had you heard that from? Because when I ask my friends, they said they've never heard that and it would never happen for the new learners, so I don't know who I should trust. I think 3 years for GLP is enough to become a fully qualified driver. Some state like Ontario has to wait only 30 months before taking a last road test and some state like Alberta has only 1 road test to get the full license. B.C has the
Im Allan and I also live in B.C, can I ask you a question? I dont understand when you said for the L license wants to obtain the N one need to wait at least 2 years before taking the class 7 test. I was born in March, 1996 so early next year I'll get my L. I know that L license is only good for 2 years, so if new rule said you have to wait at least 2 years to take the road test to get rid of the L, that's so ridiculous. It means in case you fail, you don't have any change
to retake the test again unless you have to renew your L and take the knowledge test. Am I right? I have my brother who was born in 1993 and right now he's holding the N license. He said to me he just waited 1 year to take the road test to get the N. I think that's right because if you fail, you have another yar to practice and take a test again. If the rule has changed from 1 to 2 years waiting, how could you have time to retake the test in case you're failed?
Unless the expiration of the L license is up to 3 years, otherwise you have to take the knowledge and the vision tests again, and that sucks. One more thing I dont understand you said that if people were born before Nov 27, 1995; the rule wouldn't affect them. That means the rule won't affect you because you were born before that time, right? Can you expain that clearly for me because I was born after that time? Thank you! Also, can you do a video when you get your N? That would be so nice!

@leotran91penticton I think they are changing the rules is because they want to make sure that us young drivers get more responsible.

Not only is there an online practice test, there's now an app for that. Search out ICBC in the Apple app store.
