@jtomally9681 They do have the one up here for the letter T- it's "T for train." The ones for the letters I and O are hard to find, for some reason. According to the alphabetical listing I saw (I think on MuppetWiki) of the Typewriter Guy clips, I was "ink", and O was "owl".
For "I", he refilled himself with ink from a bottle--some of which spilled over to flood the screen, if I remember correctly. (An unrelated cartoon on Sesame Street also taught "I for ink" and had a character spilling it, so I may be confusing the two clips.)
Oh, YEAH! I remember that other one! A bottle of ink was on the screen & a woman said "I?" Then a bird flew in, & sat on the EDGE of the bottle, dipped his beak in it, & wrote "Ink". The woman read, "Ink". Then the POOR bird fell in the bottle! He came out, shook himself, which sprayed the room with dots of ink, angrily looked at the bottle, & kicked it. It tipped over, & the hapless bird looked at the camera as the screen filled with ink. Thanks for the memory. (So, yes, you DID confuse the two
