  • I would have a tough time getting on a subway in Japan. I'm just too polite to push people...

  • JAPAN DEMANDS MORE TRAINS

  • Is it big problem to add more trains to the subway instead of making people look like "Sardines in a can" ?

  • and now back to battling seizure robots...

  • Now You know what Sardines feel like !!!!!

  • One of them must have been really fat.

  • Yeah, a friend of mine from Japan told me that when I become a teacher, avoid the subway at 7-am to 9-am and 5-pm to 7-pm at all costs. He's like "Better make it to work extremely early, or you won't get there at all."

  • um wouldn't this make a lot of people sick if a sick person comes on lol?

  • This wouldn't happen in ALL subway systems throughout the world if the stupid assholes that get on the train don't just get in the car and then stand there NEAR THE DOOR: MOVE DOWN THE FUCKING AISLE AWAY FROM THE DOORS SO OTHER PEOPLE CAN GET ON THE TRAIN!

    Stupid fucks.

  • Mexico City is worse than this!!!

  • Oh god, and I'm claustrophobic, god damn it.

    lol

  • And I thought that the one in new york was busy

  • and they arn't even fat.. lol.

  • i spoke 2 many Japanese people and they all confirmed that there lots of ass grabbin men towards chicks...pretty kool huh lol

  • Because the next one is just like that until 9pm

  • Why don't they wait for the next one ??

  • @groeneschaap it takes so long

  • I know this question is really random, but what if I had an (issue) in my pants and I was smudged with some people. Thatd really not be good and it doesnt look like theres any room. It would not be safe for me to travel with loose underwear or tight pants =[ Must find briefs and sweat pants

  • These guys are truly hardcore I assume the guys that get sits in this subway are some real masters.

  • at least better than Melbourne trains, Australia, always delays, problems with rail tracks and hidden frults which they dont tell the public about it!

  • @leon6266 fuckin oath

  • well people are wanting to get to work so it's obvious they are all gonna try cramming themselves in a train. Nobody wants to be late for work and lose their job now do they lol. Heck if i was living in japan and needed to go somewhere i would definitely cram myself in, it's the only way.

  • wow and I thought the TTC was hectic O_O I'd be a bit uncomfortable with all that body heat ^_^;

  • why do they cram themselves like this?..why not wait till next train?

  • rofl thats what I was thinking XD

  • You're disgusting. Japan is one of the least polluting per capita countries in the west.

  • They were one of the first groups in the world to wise up and limit their families to two kids per family. Maybe things will be more bearable in the future because of this, when it evens things out more.

  • Train stations are horrible in Japan. I know this isn't the right place to complain, but it's such a fucking horrible society. The people are lovely and there's nice mountains and temples/shrines. But society is just like a machine and there's soooo much concrete. I'm just stuck here with this kind of thing. No way of getting home and I'm just going nuts.

  • Disgruntled English teacher? If you got laid more often you probably wouldn't be so upset... I know I wouldn't be.

  • @KaiXi333 Ha ha, well if I went home I wouldn't be getting laid at all! It's not a horrible society. I shouldn't say that.

  • If only the trains were just a little bit bigger)...

  • lol how the other one with his half body in half out that got in was epic XD

he was like "im sorry but i dont have a choice" kinda thing going on and just fused himself with the people inside

  • CRAZY !!!

  • All Aboard the fail train! :p

  • AYA HIRANO

  • deese people is nutz

  • Like sardines! XD

  • They really need a better system.

  • next train will be also packed :(

  • Only in Japan. I think I'll wait for the next stop.

  • has anyone died there due to insane crowd?

  • LMAO this is so crowded

  • They actually hired people to push those jappies inside.

  • Been there crammed in like that...

  • steven4068: same here and i couldn't feel the floor under my feet

i was just suspended there and all i could think of was

oh my god, how am i ever going to get out of this train

    my idea of a nightmare

  • Is it ALWAYS this bad or just during rush hour(s)?

  • I would love to stand behind the girl who runs by the camera @ 0:29 in a subway like that! ;)

  • yeah me too :P

  • is this shibuya's keio-inokashira line? looks familiar.

  • that would suck to be behind some pervert.

  • Perverts are norman in Japan.

  • guy with the mask is the best

  • what if you are on the other side of the train and you need to get of, but there are to many people on the train and you are stuck!

  • If you live at suburban Tokyo and miss the so-called EXPRESS train that only stops at certain major stations, you would spend way more time going home (a Japanese subway line is incredibly long). And that's why passengers strive to get on this train.

  • How often does a subway train come. In toronto its about every 5 to 7 minutes depending on where you are. Is it crowed like that for every train or is that just the peak hours.

  • WOW, They ave to get home someway, ive never seen so many people cramed into one subway!

  • Aww really?!That's kinda cute!

  • Why was there people wearing masks?

  • cause' they have colds or something and don't want to spread it :)

  • there is a way better video that makes me cry... search for words like "chinese subway overcrowded" and click on a video that doesnt have too many views it should be that one i swear you'll die......

  • Kruger 8181 all the train frequency in the world will not stem the need for more public transport in Tokyo!! You can only run as many trains as the signalling will allow. You can't run two trains bumper to bumper!!!

  • Jaja, se meten a las buenas o a las malas, ¡pero nadie se queda!

  • igual os latao do brasil, =] vai fala que nao!!

  • igual os latao do brasil, =] vai fala que nao!!

  • rofl...

  • thats shibuya inokashira right? i take that line all the time and it gets so damn crowded...fuckin annoying.

  • Oh yeah. Why on Earth would it be such a problem if those people were late for their jobs or classes? Totally unreasonable, huh?

Although, stepping away from my sarcasm, they did seem a bit desperate.

  • i was squished up against a wall in there!u can hardly breathe in there

  • Man I was there in Japan subway system is extremely efficient. Despite of what you saw pushing people like sardines, it is over 90% on-time even during peak hours. Amazing.

  • oh so you are saying that if you get pushed into the train but on a "timely basis" that is alright?

why dont they increase the number of trains?

what the hell is wrong? japan is one of the most wealthiest nations in the world, they can afford this. and how good is it of the people travelling everyday to literally PUSH people further down the trains??? this is animalistic!

  • you didnt happen to notice how courteous all of the people were, even as they were being crammed into the train? I think its rather impressive that people would still try to make room for others even when they knew it would mean more discomfort for them. Anybody who has ridden a subway in a big city in the US knows how pushy and "animalistic" people really can be riding a subway, it will be nowhere near this crowded and people are still pushing each other

  • haha oh great is this what I have to expect when I move to Japan next July?

  • that's so familiar ...

  • It would be nice if theres a really hot japanese chick infront of me.

  • Lol been there, done that!!! XD

  • Once again I would like to congrat you of being such a powerful and beautiful country Japan. I would like to be your soilder. Can I be a japenese soilder? my mum said it was okay...... see you later pig p.s my mum will . send some food to your country

  • Been there done that !!!!

  • I remember riding on the subway. During rush hour, I was squished. There was no room to even move.

  • That IS hell. Squishy.

  • lol wheres the cream filling hahahahaha that

    must realy suck!

  • haha that's pretty good, but the subways aren't always like that. I live here and havn't seen them like that once.

  • Talk about relying on the doors not failing and open while it's swooshing through Tokyo. Brrrr

  • I remember that, crowded subways are always a common sight, it's even more of an experience, actually being in one of those, especially if your a 6'3" tall foreigner from Canada.

it's like a can of sardines. lol.

  • been there seen it loooooool

  • lol.
