Step 1: Throw in garbage.... Wait no, Sprint will buy it back for $50 bucks. Seems like an excellent deal as I would not pay $50 for that phone. Owned it for one year and traded it for the Palm Pre.

Sprint is the best network ever. Sadly this phone is the worst phone ever made and i feel EXTREMELY bad for people who like it.
