American doesn't and never has had chavs. In the UK every chav I see is white so if they were really wiggas then why would they dress and act like the other white kids? This is bullshit, i have a half brother from my dads previous marridge who moved away to America, 15 years later he's back in England and he said they didn't have chavs in America or anything even close to being chavs.

Excuse me, but they are referred to chavs in England, Neds in Scotland (as you should know), and I can't remember the term for N. Ireland and Wales. I am well aware of the UK consist of and yes I do know where it is. I have heard people from the all over the UK refer to them as chavs though. I was being specific and so please cease being condescending.
