You made it simple to make. I tried a 30 minute recipe by a thai lady and that one turned out slimy and blah. This one allowed me to add the flavor at the end how I want.

Tom Kha Gai soup is my favorite soup of all time! Love it when I feel like I'm getting sick - the chili peppers do wonders.
