  • Thanks, I have just got my first one, gonna use it today! I have sweetie pie :)

  • I always drop the damn pieces..!

  • thats really interesting :) i think im gonna get some shower jellies next time i go to lush.

  • To use this as a shampoo, I heard it's really good to put it in a blender. It turns into a creamy type product and lathers even more which is great for shampoo!

  • how do u store it can it melt or should i keep it in the fridge

  • You did a great job on this video!! I love lush!

  • i have had mine for a while now and i love them

  • Thanks, this was really helpful. I'm going to go try a Jelly asap! (:

  • $5 for THAT? Yes please! Don't have lush here i have to buy dove which is $3.50 pfft haha.

  • hi,do u know how much shower jellies are? please reply.:)

  • @knsparkles actually i think they changed the way they sell them, in store it used to be based on weight and which scent but now i think they sell them in tubs, check online

  • @LePooke they seel them by containers and i bought mine for 5.95 canadian , and on the box it says " ring back 5 black pots and get a free face mask"

  • @knsparkles hi, i don't know if over people already answered you're question but the shower jellies are $10.95 for 8.4 ounces and $5.95 for 3.5 ounces.

  • Ah, I watched the rest of the video, and I realised I don't treat my Shower Jelly very well..... I basically leave it in my bathroom, and when I'm using it, it's just kinda... sloppy. I don't store it like I'm meant to, I guess. If I rub it on my shower puff, (I mean loofah, that's how we say it in Australia, I guess), it just crumbles/breaks.

  • Well, the way I use it in the shower is like this:

    1. Scoop out roughly a 1/3 of my hand (with my hand) and plop it on my shower puff.

    2. Lather it a bit, be careful not to drop it, because when you do it's disappointing.

    3. Just use it like it was any other shower gel or soap.

    :)

  • these are extreamly easy to make as well. :)

  • how much is the jellies?

  • do you know where all of those suds go? into the drain system and into our waterway systems :(

  • @razzberrry So out of curiosity, what SHOULD we wash w/? Because most soaps, bath gels, etc. lather up some.

  • @stringendo1 actually, you need yo use soap (sadly)

Im just trying to get the awarness out, ya know

everybody thinks that soap magically disappears when it washes down the drain, but it doesn't

  • I use shower jellies too . I would advise to get whatever piece of cloth or loofah you are using to wash your body wet it and dip it in the jar of the jelly, rubbing it to the product. I used to keep them in the fridge and take small spoonfuls out of the product but I don't think this or cutting little chuncks of it are practical. Just my two cents, I hope you don't mind LePooke.

  • @blablabeauty109 you can leave it in the shower but i wouldn't leave it floating in water cause it could dissolve. I like to just take a small piece into the shower with me and leave the rest in a container

  • You dont need that giant chunk of shower jelly that you use in one shower, I just about 1/3 of that! :)

  • I love shower jellys too!!! :D

  • i dont crush mines up, i just rub it in and i get loads of lather and i dont even use that much!

  • wow thats a lot of lather

  • I think sweetie pie smells like grapes or wine!!

  • Thnx! But I never heard of big palm shower jrlly

  • Thank you for the great demo! I now know that I MUST have these in my life.

  • i was so surprised how a little piece of shower jelly lathers so well!

  • Hi, i am going to lush in a few days, would you reccomend this product??? if so, which scent do you prefer??

  • ive heard you can freeze them to make them even better, is this confirmed to be true and if so better for them? i ordered one of their jars and its coming in the mail. so im excited to try it out. very good demo you've laid out here too.

  • if im done with one chunk, can u put it back in the container and reuse it?

  • When i rub it on the loofah it starts to crush what should i do?

  • Erm am i meant to keep it in the friidge or freezer :)) x

  • Did She Say Sex Bomb?

  • @courtneylexi yes, an amazinf bath bomb from lush! lol..

  • my whoosh shower jelly is kinda melted even in the refrigerator its not like ur sweetie pie jelly. when i pick it up it starts letting juice out does that mean that i should throw it away??

  • @mizzishukaur ye this is a sign u should throw away - when u buy at the store ask the date it was mad otherwise u may be buying somthing that was sat there for weeks!!!

  • @mizzishukaur no, i think it should be fine as long as it doesn't smell weird/different from when you bought it. Lush is handmade so there are variations from batch to batch

  • I JUST got a sample of it .. like a tiny tiny cube .. and Its been like 3 days and i can still sue it ... And I love the experience .. It just feels so cool!! :) I totally agree wiht you that it saves you money .. And its more fun than a simple soap!! :)

  • so do you cut them up before using them? i got the halloween calacas jelly and she didnt really show me how to use them...

  • @animalloverclm yea i just break off a chunk. you can use it whole too like a bar of soap but i find that they do fall apart and it wastes the jelly.

  • @animalloverclm You could also freeze or refridgerate them (:

  • you made me want to buy those jellies :)

  • haha it looks so funny :D

  • Does the scent linger on the skin?

  • @exthreex3 for me, only sweetie pie does

  • @bubble814 im not really sure what your talking about, like it melted the shower jelly?

  • the big calm isnt in the Netherlands!!! :O

  • @Unkn0wnGyal It got discontinued worldwide DD:

  • Oh the Sweetie Pie jelly is 100 grams? Or which one is 100 grams?

  • do you have to refrigerate them?

  • @ThePinkYoshi No, but you can if you want. They're really great if you pop them in the fridge during summer or on a really really hot day, and they stay cold. It feels awesome :)

  • I adore LUSH jello! :)

  • does the woosh wake you up cuzz i need that even if i sleep at 8pm and wakeup at 8am i am still tired as hell sorry for cursing if not what other jelly soap bath bomb is like t

and do we do the same thing your doing rubbing and throwing the lather of the ground? and not your hands/body

that curling iron on the left corner the revlon one?

  • How do you store these?

  • I always feel the urge to crush jellies. Does anyone feel that as well?

  • thnkz this helped sooo much

  • can you do review on your sweetie pie,joy of jelly and whoosh shower jelly plz????????

  • the woosh smells like toilet bowl cleaner to me lol i gave it to a friend he likes it alot great reviews :)

  • @PhatGirlzRule yea dont really like how it smells either, its not my fave

  • @LePooke Haha, I don't like Whoosh either. The way you described it, I could just tell: "This is Whoosh... the citrus-y one... yeah it's blue... *sets it down*" XD

  • Could you do a video on how to cut these shower jellies... It seems hard haha :)

  • @lovergirlyx3 not hard at all, like cutting through thick jello =) u can even just rip chunks off!

  • @LePooke oh ok :DD haha did it last night... it was very easy haha

  • Awsome! Thanks for the demo! I'm def gonna go out and get some now!

  • what gram or watever is the joy of jelly in like is it in 100g or 120g....i want 2 order it but i want it in the container that u have it in

  • They gave me a free sample of Whoosh, and I'm going to use it in about 5 minutes lol

  • well mine is less because the amount is less. in store u can ask for any size chunk

  • i just bought whoosh online! i cant wait to try it

  • I never thought of using them for a bath. I don' really care for shower jellies but for a bath...that would be cool.

  • if u keep the jelly in the freezer does it freeze? thankx. luv ur vids!

  • they don't actually freeze like ice cubes. they get a bit firmer but thats about it.

  • You're so right about getting more for your money when buying shower jellies compared to other Lush products! These really last forever, since a little product goes such a long way.

I think the jelly scents are among Lushes best too. Woosh is my all-time fave, and Joy of jelly smells so smoky and sophisticated. Great review!:)

  • I am buying Sweetie Pie today :[) SO EXCITED!

  • wow i want one!

  • do these melt in the heat?

    I really want one!

    :P

    xx

  • do you HAVE to refrigerate lush jellies?

  • no not at all, i dont

  • I bought a shower jelly because of you and used it for the first time today. I really love it! Thank you! And you're right, a little bit DOES go a long way! I cut up a piece and just rubbed it like you said to do. I didn't actually mash up the pieces into the loofah? (sp), but there were still sooo many bubbles!

  • YAY IM so glad u like it =)

  • The snow showers christmas one is divine. I have about 5 tubs of it from this year. It's so creamy and moisturising, and works really well as a shaving cream.

  • omg noo y wud they discontinue amazingness!! grrr!

  • i kninda wna eat them. :)

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA right? lmao

  • I really want to squish it lol

  • thankyou that was really helpful! I will probably buy one now! Can you smell them in the shower, and is the foam scented? thanks xx

  • oops sorry, i was answering someone else question LOL.

yup you can smell it in the shower! its pretty much just shower gel in jelly form!

  • thankyou! xx

  • as much as i would love to try the shower jellies it looks like a lot of work is it worth it???

  • its really not that much work, promise! its just like using a shower gel!

  • love ur reviews plz do more

  • Out of woosh, joy of jelly, and sweetie pie.. which one do you like better? and why? Im deciding which one to get :)

  • i love shower jellies in general but out of the 3 i prefer sweetie pie, simply because i like how it smells the best!

  • omg i just rubbed a piece on my skin but this is way more fun! thanks for the video :D

  • could someone plzz make a vid about how to cut the jellies! and how to use them when they are frozen! plzz

  • u would cut them like jello .. with a knife or scissors.. and to use them u just unfreeze them. People freeze them so they last longer..

  • promise its really not hard to cut them. you can actually just rip pieces off but i like to use a knife, its just like cutting jello =)

and putting them in the freezer doesnt actually freeze them like an ice cube, so u can use them the way you would if you didnt put them in the freezer. hope that helps!

  • aww the store near my hosue does not sell big calm anymore!

  • nope sadly its been discontinued! no stores carry it anymore =(

  • You've made my want to try a LUSH jelly!! Before I only liked the bar soaps(Rockstar) but I think I'm going to have to try a jelly!

  • Just wondering, when you go to the store do they cut it up for you? Or do you cut how much you want and they weigh it and put how much it is?

Oh and the soaps! How about those?

Heh heh, I'm going to shop at lush soon!

  • they usually have some pieces already cut and in containers but if u want a certain amount tell the associate and they will cut an weigh it for you.

  • @LePooke your shower jellies look really sturdy compared to the other ones ive seen. Is there a reason for that?? Do you store them differently or something??

  • she probably put them in the fridge

i do that with my jellies alot

  • no i just keep them in the containers in my room. since these are handmade each batch is different, i guess i just got a batch with more seaweed =)

  • @LePooke Okay thanks. One more question, sorry!!! I recently purchased sweetie pie shower jelly and i love the smell and everything but the edges of the shower jelly were harder and it was more rubbery than my joy of jelly, and strawberry santa. and instead of it being in a square the edge got slanted so it looked more like this: \___\ and its stuck in that shape. :C

  • i smelt sweetie pie on thursday and i loved it =] !

    i gotttta have it.

and do shower jellies go bad if you have em for a year ?

  • ive had mine for a while, i think their shelf life is 13 months but if it doesnt smell bad or look weird you can still sue it!

  • Oh thanx !

i am gonna go to that big sale that is supposed to happen the day after christmas. i wanna see how it's gonna be. =]

  • I got the snow showers jelly and it says to refrigerate it... DO i have to?? Can I put the container in the shower and just pinch off a little bit when I'm showering??

  • theres no need to refrigerate unless you want to use it cold. Mine are in their containers in my room.

  • thx :)

  • i also like the snow showers but im afraid if i really like it when i go get more they wont have it anymore! haha

  • if i could only get one right now which should i get sweetie pie or joy of jellly????? thankss <3

  • sweetie pie is a sweet black currant scent and joy of jelly is floral, so it depends on what type of scent you like.

there is also a christmas shower jelly called snow showers, out of those i would get that! its a nice sparkling citrus scent

  • ok thanks i think im gonna try sweetie pie first and then try joy of jelly. i have strawberry santaa and i dont reaaally like the smell but i like the whole showeer jellie concept lol. ur collection is awesome! i wish i had that much jelly =D

  • never mind just saw your other video the free lip gloos, lush haul and vlog ...

  • now you have to add snow showers to your collection I have that one to me it smells like grapefruit I like it alot

  • did u get the strawberry santa from the uk?

  • the one i have is from the US

  • the jelly shower soap looks good, what is the website and is it reliable

  • they are a lot of fun. These are from Lush and Lush has been around for a while, lushusa(dot)com there are lush stores too so check and see if u have one near you!

  • thanks! im sooo gonna buy that (;

  • So do you have to keep it refrigerated?

  • nope, only if you want them to be cold =)

  • I've been tempted to try the jellies out for a while now, as they do look fun and are pretty cheap in my opinion. This vid really helped me decided though, seeing how much use you can really get out of them. I think I'm going to buy the Sweetie Pie jelly this week. yeeey =)

  • ive been looking for a video showing these jellies in action for a whle, youve helped me decide to get some now, thanks!!

  • i love the godmother lush soap and sweetie pie shower jelly!

  • I love the godmother soap too. Its sooo good! I can't wait for the Snow fairy shower gel to come out again at xmas.

  • I also love snowfairy too i have a little bottle and a big bottle both from my birthday :D

  • Lol those look pretty gross, but they seem great! :)

  • i am glad that the joy of jelly has a lot of lather because i just bough it!

  • Yeah, The Big Calm Shower Jelly is back up on the UK site!

    Happy dayyyyy!!

    [:

  • I just went on the lush uk site right now, and they had big calm?

Do you know if its back or what?

  • hmm, maybe they just have some extra stock left over, snatch it up =)

  • Great Haul. Will have to try the solid gels the next time I visit a LUSH Store.

  • I'm not sure about these jellies -- yours seems much more "solid" then mine was -- if you watch my video, you can see what mine was like. I will get the exact one you did and compare! xxx :-)

  • will it ruin the little piece of jelly if u ru it under the shower water?

  • the jellies are actually pretty sturdy.

  • Just to let you know nakeddessert(dot)com sells shower jellies. Naked desserts is a company similar to lush but less expensive. Theirs is 7 oz and costs $4.99 while lushes is $5.80 for 3 oz. I personally like lushes better but if you are looking to save money go for naked dessert bath jellies. I hope that this helps.

  • Yes i have heard of them, haven't tried anything out cause im on a no buy right now, but hopefully soon

    =)

  • how long do dey last .

  • a long time, LOL

  • i don't think shower jellies are available here in the philippines... too bad!

  • heir soooo wierd and jiggily juggly wiggly :P

  • yaay! shower jellies are my favorite lush product too!! <33 thnx so much for this upload, was really tricky for me using it in the shower :P

  • WOW

  • they havent discontinued it in the UK, do you have to keep it in the fridge?

  • nope, only if u want to

  • I really wished I could have tried big calm... I heard they discontinued. :(

  • yea it has been discontinued =(

  • i LOOOOOVE your nails!!!!!

  • finally someone understands children are obbssed

  • all but in my store they dont do be calm i think

  • yes it smells amzing... i no wat u mean cuz im 11 and its amazing

  • would u recomend woosh to me coz im 10

  • i would recommend any of them to you, it all depends on what scents you like.

    joy of jelly = floral

    whoosh = citrus

    sweetie pie = sweet berry

big calm = tropical (being discontinued)

  • Does the smell of them last on your skin after the shower?

  • sadly, on my skin they dont really linger but sweetie pie stays around the most out of the ones i have.

  • Thanks! I wanted Sweetie pie the last time I went to Lush but I accidently got Whoosh. I really didn't like the smell so I gave it away lol. My Lush is like an hour drive for me so yah, I don't go very often :)

  • Your hands are like tentacles

  • thanks? LOL

  • I'm sorry, but it caught my eye so much

  • want to get one of these next time i'm at lush but i'm not trying the big carm in case i love it and i'd be sad if it got discontiued.

  • can i have that strawberry santa ? :)

  • can you do a review on there bubble bars

  • i wish i could but i actually havent used any of them cause my tub isnt working at the moment, sorry, but when i do i will

  • the shower jellies are only $3 on the lush UK site! i'm definately getting whoosh and sweetie pie.

  • you have motivated me to buy one xD

  • I was just at my local Lush, and forgot to get the shower jelly, darn it. I was initially thinking of getting Whoosh first, but you've convinced me to get Big Calm, instead.

Great review. New subbie here. =)

  • aww, maybe next time =) I love Big calm, LOL. Smell them and pick the one you like best, but big calm is the best, LOL, in my opinion! thanks so much for subbing! I was just about to leave a comment on your channel!
