I believe it's part of the Recording Software. It's one of the options you can set.

Another suggestion for boosting speed: UltimateDefrag 2008. Shoot, even with all the graphics enabled, im still getting into the desktop at up to 5x the rate of poorly maintained computers. If you have a read/write rate of ~30/~15mbps avg (can be much faster) you are ok. But if your drive churns like crazy for a long time, you need to defrag, and need to do it soon.

I don't agree, as that has not been my experience (or that of anyone else I know). You are turning off all of the pretty graphics which slows down the system. It works every time. Maybe your system needs cleaning. Check out my other videos for that.

another way of speeding up computer is rwipe&clean, & advance system cleaner i sued 2 of the systems on my computer cleaned more than 3 gb of memory and there safe so theres no accidnetly deleting important files

um 1 question my computer says sometimes when is on a long time "low on virtual memory" what does that mean? (sry 4 da stupid question)

It means that you are lacking RAM, which is memory that your computer uses to run programs. The more RAM you have, the more programs you can have running at once. Also, you could have spyware or viruses that are hogging your RAM, which is why you are getting that message.

Solutions:

1. Make sure at least 25% of space on your hard drive (your C drive) is Free. So, if your C drive is 100GB in size, make sure you have 25GB free for optimum performance.

I had, 128mb ram on an old laptop, made for windows xp <- OMG!! ?

I putted windows 98 on it, I got resolution 600x400 or something and on windows xp, it never said "low on virtual memory", on 98, it did with everything I did, i couldn't open 3 maps at the same time... couldn't install internet on it... how comes that ?? :D
