There should be more protesting. The reason it is in So. Cal and not the bay area is because up here we are already in the courts, preparing to shut this down. No, they havent. Taking away right, and amending our constitution to REMOVE PEOPLES RIGHTS is not an issue of majority vs. minority. If this was the case we would be able to amend the constitution to kill mentally challenged people, and people with birth defects simply because a majority said so. (think back to slavery/jim crowe laws)
