@namitsu1 we have 3 major language here in the philippines, its Tagalog(filipino), Spanish (espanyol) and of course English, majorty of schools here in the philippines including grades school follow"speak english" strictly.

review the saunders comprehensive review for nclex-rn exam 4th edition. maraming lumabas sa june 2009 board which is directly related to the items in the november 2009 exam. pay close attention to perioperative nursing. also watch out for changes in the board of nursing members after the elections this may 2010.
