I think if you are really serious about being an actress, and you really want to get connections and whatnot, then most likely your best to move to LA.
Congrats! I've been considering doing voice acting as well. But I have no idea where to start. I have a pretty distinctive voice and can use it quite diversely. I'd love to do the English dubbing of a well written Japanese Anime. But I have no access to the entertainment industry.
@hare122275 fiind an acting studio! That's what I did. There's plenty of coaches there with different specialties. If you don't have any acting background, there are improv classes and other cool classes to hone your skill.
