and deidara and konan must've talked at some point there in the same organization and if you pay attention when there extracting bijuu you'll notice there right next to eachother on the giant hands, also everyone knows deidara is dead and probably doesn't love anyone but alot of people like the pairing because there insane, like me

as a final point i forgot to add in the last comment: there is no actual proof that konan is with pein, she's with him most of the time because she's his partner also she couldnt be with him because the pein we see is actually dead, just animated ebcause of the "peircings" the real pein controls the body from a distance
