Man from the third party perspective(Korea), this was way too exciting game I've seen out of Ice Hockey! the rivalry between two neighbor nation were awesome, and US tying with just last 24 second of the regulation were utter shock, and Canada delivers in OT with their super star was just unimaginable~! Way to go for both team, and I think I might start to watch NHL again...

WHAT AN AMAZING GAME!!

I watched it from the ESPN Zone in Baltimore, MD where we were 3 of only 6 Canadians in the bar.

Silence as we cheered Canada's and a deafening roar as they cheered the US's. the tying goal was such an emotional low only to go NUTS when Sid popped in the winner.

Our victory celebration earned us the lead story on the local NBC news, WBALtv, with the reporter interviewing us through the game and revealing he is a secret Canadian from Toronto

On a funny side note, i think we taught the Yanks how to watch hockey. Cheering the clears on the PK, calling for penalties everytime a Canadian fell down and big, loud cheers of LOOOUU everytime luongo made a save.

I guess the Americans didnt know what that meant because by the third period they were cheering LOOOUU everytime Miller made a stop. That is the funniest thing ive ever seen!!

I think it only went into Overtime because the Canadian team decided to defend their net so intensely the last 1.2 minutes rather than trying to keep the puck in US territory where they had an empty net. It was like they were just standing there and waiting for US to come at them.

The overtime goal made up for it though! I can honestly say that the men's hockey team, despite being amazing, does have their faults but I'm proud of barely any one more than them!
